Support Engineer L3

We are looking for a technically strong engineer with experience in L3 application support, Linux, Kubernetes, containers, and DevOps tools. The role involves deployment and support of enterprise products, advanced troubleshooting, release/upgrade activities, and working with containerized/microservices-based applications. The candidate will work closely with product development teams, QA, L2 operations and client teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, upgrade, migrate, and support enterprise applications across customer environments.
• Perform L3 troubleshooting and RCA across application and infrastructure layers.
• Flexible to provide L3 production support on a 24/7 rotational shift basis.
• Support Kubernetes/container deployments, releases, environment setup, and product stabilization.
• Perform release validation and support performance, security, and production-readiness activities.
• Collaborate with development, QA, L2 operations, and client teams for issue resolution and releases.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to product improvements and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and operational improvements.
