As a Support Engineer, you will support the deployment and after-sales service of large-scale satellite communication and space-related systems, including RF equipment, antenna systems, networking solutions, and data processing platforms.

This role combines technical support, customer engagement, supplier coordination, and field operations, offering the opportunity to work on mission-critical projects within the rapidly growing space industry.

• Key Responsibilities
• Support the installation and deployment of satellite communication and antenna systems.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, site supervisors, contractors, and customers during project implementation.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and after-sales support for customer systems.
• Investigate technical issues and coordinate solutions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support field activities including system testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain technical communication with overseas suppliers and partners.
