Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment safe, reliable, and ready for use
• Coordinate equipment calibration and maintenance planning
• Maintain a clean, organized, and 5S-compliant service area
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Act as the first point of contact for equipment-related questions and defects
• Drive continuous improvements to equipment reliability, safety, and workplace organization.

What You Bring

• A technical background (Vocational for example mbo 3/4 or Bachelor) in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automotive
• Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment management
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
• A proactive and structured way of working
• Affinity with mechanics, electronics, and basic software troubleshooting
• An eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership
• Knowledge of 5S or Lean is a plus
• Excellent command of the English language, essential for working in an international and diverse department.
