Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer with 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure monitoring and support, with strong hands-on experience in SolarWinds deployment, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for deploying and managing SolarWinds monitoring solutions and supporting network and server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and administer SolarWinds monitoring tools.
• Install and configure SolarWinds Platform, NPM, SAM, and NTA.
• Onboard and configure network devices, servers, applications, and infrastructure components.
• Configure SNMP, WMI, polling, alerts, thresholds, dashboards, and reports.
• Monitor network, server, and application performance.
• Troubleshoot SolarWinds monitoring, polling, alerting, and performance issues.
• Perform SolarWinds upgrades, patches, backups, and health checks.
• Create and maintain monitoring templates, custom alerts, dashboards, and reports.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate with Network, Server, Cloud, Security, and Application teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and SolarWinds deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Technical Support / Monitoring.
• Strong hands-on experience with SolarWinds deployment and administration.
• Experience with SolarWinds NPM, SAM, NTA, or related modules.
• Strong knowledge of SNMP, WMI, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and ICMP.
• Good understanding of Windows and Linux server environments.
• Experience monitoring routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL, incident management, and problem management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Nice to Have

• SolarWinds certification.
• PowerShell or scripting experience.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and SolarWinds API integration.
• Experience with AWS/Azure monitoring.
• Experience integrating SolarWinds with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
