What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve technical/service-related queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and improve first-call resolution.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain customer records, call details, and ticket updates in CRM/Excel.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in voice process, customer support, technical support, or BPO.
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Good customer-handling, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
