What they need
Job Description:-
We are looking for a customer-oriented Support Executive with knowledge of Tally to assist clients with software-related queries and provide effective support.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle customer queries related to Tally and TallyPrime.
- Assist clients with basic troubleshooting and software-related issues.
- Guide customers on Tally features and functionalities.
- Provide support through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain records of customer queries and follow up on pending issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Must have knowledge of Tally / TallyPrime.
- Graduate candidate, preferably from a Commerce background.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience in Tally or customer support.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- Freshers are not eligible.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
