Support Manager - Sales Operations

About the Role

Sit at the operational heart of one of Australia's largest mortgage broking groups. As Support Manager – Sales Operations, you'll be the engine room behind our national Sales Operations, Distribution and Marketing function the person who keeps things moving, accurate and on time so our leaders and broker network can focus on what they do best.

This is a high variety, high impact role. No two days look the same, one day you might be tightening up CRM data, the next coordinating recruitment onboarding, preparing reporting, or supporting a key stakeholder meeting. Key Responsibilities

• CRM & Data Administration – Keep AFG's CRM systems accurate and reliable, directly shaping the data that drives business decisions.
• Recruitment Onboarding – Support the onboarding of new broker groups sourced through marketing leads, maintaining pipeline records and coordinating recruitment event logistics.
• Reporting – Compile data and content across distribution and marketing performance for governance and leadership review.
• Administration & Operational Support – Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across distribution and marketing, from correspondence to scheduling to smooth daily operations.
• Document & Records Management – Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and documentation.
• Compliance Support – Help identify and escalate risk and compliance matters as they arise.
• Meeting Support – Prepare agendas, papers and minutes for key meetings.

What We're Looking For

• High level of computer literacy and confidence working across technology and CRM systems.
• Exemplary attention to detail, with a strong customer and solution focus.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to liaise across teams and levels of the business.
• Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking paired with strong execution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-motivated, "can-do" attitude and the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift.
• Tertiary business or management qualifications highly regarded, though not essential we care more about capability and attitude.
