连接器工程师(Support NA)

该职位来源于猎聘 1.负责连接器和电缆组件项目从概念到生产的所有技术方面，涉及现有产品、成本降低和新产品，确保质量、效率和合规性。Aanages all technical aspects of connector and cable assembly projects from concept to production on existing, cost reduction and new products, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance. 2.使用 SolidWorks、Creo负责处理工程文件，包括物料清单、工程变更通知、图纸及相关文件。Create all engineering documentation using SolidWorks and Creo, including BOMs, ECNs, drawings, and related files. 3.能识别并解决生产问题；运用出色的解决问题能力，在质量、效率提升及成本降低方面实施改进措施。Identify and resolve production issues; implement improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost reduction using strong problem-solving skills. 4.能够在晚上与北美进行电话沟通。Ability to have calls in the evening with North America (approx. 1 or 2 nights a week)

任职资格要求 Qualifications： 1.工程学学士学位，机械工程专业优先。Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Mechanical Engineering preferred. 2.英语流利，具有出色的书面、口语及表达能力。Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. 3.要求至少1 年连接器产品设计经验。Minimum of 1 years of experience in connector product design required. 4.熟练掌握 SolidWorks或Creo。Proficiency in SolidWorks and Creo(Pro Engineer).
