You may work in frontline or hybrid environments or in more administration-focused roles involving processing forms, maintaining records, managing CRM or email enquiries and updating student systems. This role suits adaptable, organised individuals who are comfortable using multiple systems, communicate clearly, and take pride in accuracy and delivering a positive experience. Prior education experience is not required, and applicants from administration, customer service or other people-focused backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

  • Represent TAFE SA professionally and contribute to a positive student and staff experience
  • Use multiple systems, including databases, Microsoft Office, live chat software and student platforms
  • Accurately enter, update and maintain student and business information
  • Complete administration, processing and data entry tasks
  • Process forms and upload information into student information systems
  • Move between different service channels, teams or sites as business needs change

About You

You do not need to have worked in education before. More important is your ability to work accurately, communicate professionally, learn systems and adapt to different tasks or service channels.

You will bring:

  • Strong customer service mindset with friendly, professional interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry capability
  • Adaptable, hands-on approach with confidence using multiple computer systems
  • Good written communication skills
  • Reliable, proactive and willing to learn, with confidence to ask questions and seek support

Experience in administration, customer service, contact centres, retail, hospitality, childcare, reception, community services or similar environments will be highly regarded. Experience working with people from diverse cultural, social or community backgrounds will also be valued.

What’s on Offer

  • ASO2 salary from 1 July: $66,442 - $69,504 p.a. + super
