Support Officer (Nursing grad)

Position: Support Officer (Corporate Healthcare Management)

Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for overseeing accredited Company Physicians who are authorized to issue LOA. Function focuses also on assisting in improving the operational systems and processes and is responsible for the general management of administrative functions of the department, thereby providing aid in all areas to keep the Non-Clinic Management Team operational at maximum
capacity.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Nursing (with active PRC license)
• At least one year of supervisory experience in clinic operations, preferably from an HMO setting, with knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health
• Amenable to work in Ayala, Makati

Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Assist in improving the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of better management reporting, information flow, and operational management.
• Ensure the alignment and compliance of company MDs with the departmental and company goals and objectives
• Provide information, updates, and recommendations to the CHM Manager on any clinic operational concerns.
• Manage the end-to-end process, including physician accreditation, conducting orientations, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with Claims to verify that LOAs are issued only by authorized personnel with verified credentials and signatures.
• Implementing a clear billback process for any incorrectly issued LOAs, ensuring accountability and accuracy with administrative fees
• Ensuring submitted reports are comprehensive and presented in the standard format to facilitate integration with CUSD reports.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
