Position Overview

We are seeking a highly dedicated support pharmacist to join the team in Thomond Pharmacy. Double cover most days so lunch breaks are an option. Cover every second Saturday but this is flexible.No Sundays or bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Dispensing medicines accurately and efficiently
• Providing expert advice to customers on prescription and over the counter medicines
• Conducting reviews of medicines with the patient and colloberating with the local GP's on all issues. We have a very strong relationship with same and maintaining this is of utmost importance
• Maintaining medical records and ensuring compliance with all legal and professional requirements
• Fostering a welcoming environment and this is an ever growing practice
• No Sundays or Bank holidays or late nights

Qualifications

• Batchelor of Science in Pharmacy and current registration wth the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Interest in mental health services or interested in learning more about this subject
