- Supporting daily living activities, personal care, medication administration, transportation, and community outings
- Implementing individual service plans, teaching independent living skills, and promoting choice, dignity, and inclusion
- Documenting services, following health and safety protocols, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Communicating effectively with families and guardians
