Support Professional (Full-Time)

Responsibilities include:

• Providing support and care to help individuals meet personal goals and live independently
• Creating a safe, respectful environment that upholds individuals’ rights
• Assisting with meal preparation, housecleaning, and daily living activities
• Transporting individuals to appointments and advocating on their behalf
• Administering medications accurately and supervising daily activities
• Supporting personal care, life skills, and social engagement
• Remaining available for 24/7 care when necessary

Qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or GED; 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Willing to learn and adapt, with physical and emotional resilience
• Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in healthcare or social services, strong communication skills, ability to handle challenging behaviors
