Role: Direct Support Professional (3rd shift)

Responsibilities Include

• Providing person-centered care in home and community settings
• Offering overnight supervision and personal care to individuals with disabilities or behavioral health needs
• Administering medication reminders according to policy
• Monitoring safety and assisting with daily routines
• Documenting care activities and maintaining accurate records
• Performing light housekeeping tasks to support a clean and safe environment
• Promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for those served
