Support Representative - Remote

Help Keep Our Season Running

Indiana Shockwaves is looking for a Team Support Representative to help keep our athletes, families, coaches, and internal staff organized during one of our busiest times of the year. This is a remote, people-focused position where you'll assist with communications, answer questions, coordinate information, and help ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

If you're organized, enjoy helping others, and like being the person people can count on, we'd love to hear from you. Previous sports experience is not required. Training is provided.

What You'll Do

Respond to questions from athletes, families, coaches, and community members by phone, email, and text

• Assist with registrations, account updates, and general administrative tasks
• Coordinate information between internal team members and program participants
• Help track requests and maintain accurate records
• Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution
• Support scheduling, event preparation, and seasonal projects
• Keep communication professional, friendly, and organized
• Identify recurring questions and help improve internal processes
• Assist wherever additional support is needed during peak periods

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and web-based systems
• Positive, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Customer service, administrative, or support experience is helpful but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
