Support Server

Position Summary

The Support Server assists the service team by maintaining dining room cleanliness, table readiness, and overall service flow. This role is essential to ensuring timely service, operational efficiency, and a positive guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
• Assist Servers and Bartenders with food running, water service, and guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and restrooms as assigned.
• Perform opening, closing, and side-work duties.
• Support team members to ensure smooth service execution.
• Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Professional Standards & Appearance

• Employees must maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times.
• The use of cologne, perfume, or other scented products while on duty is prohibited.
• Chewing gum while working is prohibited.
• Compliance with all ITL Group grooming, hygiene, uniform, and health code standards is required.
