As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing and handling vendors and their related services to US and international customers. Should have hands-on planning and coordination on vendors contract renewals and performance management. Also responsible for timely reporting to
Job Responsibilities :

1. Vendor Selection:

a. Sourcing of Local, Regional Global Vendors for 3PS Services in Americas, EMEA and APAC
b. Preparing a detailed cost analysis of vendor quotes and doing comparatives.
c. Setup primary and Secondary Vendors per IT Asset product SKU and IT staffing professional service SKU

2. Vendors Contracts:
a. Vendor Contract Renewal Management

3. Vendor Onboarding Contract Management:

a. NDA Agreements Management
b. Commercial Agreements Management
c. Contract management and negotiations of agreements such as MSA, SOW similar legal subcontracting agreements.

4. Product Service Catalog Management :

a. Product (Hardware or Software (IT Assets) as SKU) Service Vendor Price Catalog Management and Sales Price Catalog Management

    **5. Vendor Performance Management:**    

a. Vendor Survey
b. Vendor KPI Reporting

6. Vendor Service Dispatching

a. Dispatch Field Engineers at site location
b. Co-ordinate with vendors to source the best FSE/FTE.

7. Management Reporting:

a. Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Quarterly Performance Reports.
b. Prepare specialized Spend Analysis, Costing, Pricing Multi-Party Performance Reporting.

8. Any other task(s)/project(s) as assigned by management.
