Are you a hands-on IT professional with strong experience in Microsoft 365 and Teams Direct Routing? We are looking for a key contributor to join our technical operations team!

Key Responsibilities

M365 & Voice Ops: Handle daily operational tickets (Incidents, Requests, Changes) across M365 and voice environments.

Teams Direct Routing: Configure and support Dial Plans, Routing Policies, Call Queues, Auto Attendants, SBAs, and Emergency Calling.

Automation: Use M365 PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for operational management and task automation.

Operational Continuity: Participate in on-call rotations and collaborate with external providers during critical incidents.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience supporting M365 and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing.

Proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.

Experience with ITSM ticketing (INC, RITM, CHG) and change management governance.

Preferred Certifications: MS-700 (Teams Administrator Associate) or MS-900.
