Support Specialist - Driver

Role Overview: The Delivery Helper assists delivery drivers by unloading, inspecting, and delivering products to customer locations, ensuring quality and proper rotation.

Key Responsibilities: Unload and check product quality, assist with deliveries, communicate about incomplete orders, handle customer complaints professionally, and follow safety procedures including pre-trip inspections.

Qualifications & Skills: High School diploma or GED preferred; experience with handcarts and electric pallet jacks; strong communication and basic arithmetic skills; knowledge of delivery schedules and product quality standards.

Physical & Work Environment Demands: Frequently move up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds; climb on/off trucks, bend, squat, push, and pull; work in cold warehouse environments, confined spaces, and extreme weather conditions.

Ideal Candidate: Reliable, safety-conscious, able to operate equipment properly, and capable of working in challenging environments.
