Support Staff

Michael’s Seafood is looking for energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Support Staff members to join our front-of-house team. This role includes Hosts, Bussers, and Food Runners who work together to create a smooth, efficient, and welcoming dining experience for our guests. What You’ll Do

Hosts:

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Manage waitlists and seating flow
• Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries

Bussers:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Assist servers in maintaining a clean dining room
• Support overall restaurant cleanliness and organization

Food Runners:

• Deliver food to tables accurately and promptly
• Communicate with kitchen and servers to ensure quality service
• Assist with expo and ensure presentation standards are met

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
