Support Staff

Job Summary
Westside Drive In is seeking a dependable Support Staff member to help keep restaurant operations running smoothly. This position assists with dining-area upkeep, table service support, food running, restocking, cleaning, and other daily tasks while working closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clearing and resetting tables during service.
• Keep dining areas, counters, and service stations clean and organized.
• Support servers and cashiers with food running and order delivery.
• Restock napkins, utensils, condiments, cups, and other supplies.
• Help maintain clean and orderly guest-service areas.
• Assist with bussing tables and transporting used dishes to the appropriate area.
• Support basic cleaning duties throughout the restaurant.
• Help with opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.
• Communicate guest needs and service issues to the appropriate team member.
• Assist other restaurant staff during busy periods as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food-service, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Friendly and cooperative attitude.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting during a shift.
• Able to follow cleaning, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Application

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
