Support Staff

Job Summary
Pheasant Bar and Grill is seeking a dependable Support Staff team member to help keep front-of-house operations organized, clean, and efficient. This role provides hands-on support to servers, bartenders, and other restaurant staff while helping guests receive prompt and friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and bartenders with day-to-day service needs.
• Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
• Deliver food, beverages, and other items to guests when needed.
• Keep dining, service, and work areas clean and organized.
• Restock beverages, supplies, utensils, and other service items.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and direct questions to the appropriate team member.
• Support the team during busy dining periods and special events.
• Follow restaurant sanitation, safety, and food-handling procedures.
• Work cooperatively with front-of-house and kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, bar, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift.
• Able to lift and carry food, beverage, and service supplies safely.
• Good attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
