Support Staff – Policy & Underwriting (Admin)

Location: Rockwell, Makati
Employment Type: Project-Based (6 Months Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Underwriters in preparing policy notification documents.
• Perform compliance checking of application forms and verify accuracy and consistency of document entries.
• Conduct simple assessment and validation of submitted documents.
• Handle releasing of policy-related documents.
• Perform data encoding and administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Qualifications:

• Open to any college course graduates.
• With 6 months to 1 year of experience in any of the following:
• Billing / Statement of Account (SOA) preparation
• Quality checking / document validation
• Data encoding and administrative support
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Willing to work onsite Monday to Friday in Rockwell, Makati.
• Amenable to render overtime when needed.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
