JOB DETAILS

• Position: Support Staff – Policy & Underwriting

• Contract Duration: 6 months (can be extend depends on performance)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Salary: ₱18,000–₱20,000/month
• Headcount: 1

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Support Staff, you will assist the Underwriting team with:

• Preparing policy notification documents
• Checking application forms for completeness and compliance
• Conducting basic assessments to ensure consistency and accuracy of document entries
• Releasing and processing policy-related documents
• Performing data encoding and document preparation
• Assisting the Underwriting team with other administrative tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any college course
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in any of the following:
• Billing
• SOA preparation
• Quality checking
• Data processing or related administrative functions
• Experience in data encoding is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Detail-oriented and able to identify inconsistencies or errors in documents
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Rockwell, Makati
• Willing to render overtime when needed

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
