Support Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our team of qualified educators. The ideal candidate will be committed to not only imparting knowledge and instruction to students but also fostering their personal growth and development. You will work as needed with all ages (infants through prek)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the learning needs of students.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with students, ensuring their emotional and academic well-being.
• Organize and structure lessons to make learning enjoyable, relevant, and meaningful.
• Foster a dynamic classroom environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.
• Help students develop both academic and personal skills, guiding them on their journey of self-discovery and growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and progress.

Qualifications:

High school degree required; some college preferred

Previous experience providing classes/programs/activities for youth

Effective leadership and group management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to the philosophy and goals of Kiddie Academy and it partners

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
