What they need
Helping Keep Our Clinics Supplied and Ready to Care
Fixed Term (28 September 2026 - 28 May 2027)
Behind every successful veterinary clinic is a team working behind the scenes to ensure the right products, supplies and equipment are available when they're needed.
We're looking for an organised and proactive Support Team Administrator to join our Stock Management Team on a fixed-term basis, covering maternity leave. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on staying organised and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Whether you're coordinating information, maintaining accurate records or supporting stock-related processes, you'll play an important role in helping our clinics continue delivering exceptional care to pets, farm animals and their Pet Parents across New Zealand.
What It’s Like to Work in Our Support Team
We're lucky to have a Support Office filled with people who genuinely care about each other, our clinics and the work we do. Collaboration comes naturally here. We share knowledge, support one another through busy periods, and are always willing to lend a hand.
As part of our Stock Management Team, you'll play an important behind-the-scenes role helping keep our clinics supplied and running smoothly. You'll work across a variety of tasks and build relationships with teams throughout the business, making a real impact every day.
If you're looking for a role where you'll be supported, trusted and valued as part of a great team, you'll fit right in here.
What You’ll Bring
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and approachable
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- Detail-focused and accurate
- A confident communicator
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Adaptable and comfortable in a changing environment
- A positive team player who enjoys supporting others
- Experience working with stock management, inventory or purchasing systems would be an advantage, but we'll provide training and support for the right person.

- Work for a growing, values-led veterinary group
- Make a meaningful contribution to supporting clinics across New Zealand
