KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain a clean and safe service area by performing daily cleaning of tools and workspace.

Organise and prioritise pending repair units for efficient workflow.

Attend to customer reservations promptly and assist walk-in customers with diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Process claims repair units, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission to authorised service partners.

Update service system records throughout the day for accurate status tracking.

Provide upgrade and trade-in advice, recommending suitable options based on customer needs and device condition.

Support in-store activities and company events, ensuring technical readiness and smooth operations.

Requirements

Education: Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, IT, or related technical field.

Experience: 1–2 years in technical repair or customer service, preferably in retail.

Skills:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

Physical ability to handle products.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and events.
