Support Worker (Behaviour Support Experience)

Local work on the Northern Beaches where your experience makes a real difference.

Have you supported people with complex behaviours? Do you know how to stay calm, read the signs early and de-escalate with care? We want you on our team.

The role
You'll support one participant in North Balgowlah with a consistent, proactive approach. That means building trust, following their behaviour support plan, and helping them live more independently.

Shifts start at 3pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. Shift length varies with the participant's needs, from shorter shifts (minimum 2 hours) to longer ones, so flexibility is a plus.

What we're looking for

• Experience supporting people with behaviours of concern
• Working knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and behaviour support plans
• NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and First Aid and CPR
• Lives on the Northern Beaches or Lower North Shore

What you get

• $45.75/hr (includes casual loading) plus super
• Regular weekly shifts with the same participant
• A first shift alongside our Director to introduce you
• A management team that actually picks up the phone

Apply now through Indeed, or contact [email protected] or 0494 762 835.

Pay: $45.00 – $52.75 per hour
