Fernsby Brookes is a CQC-rated domiciliary care provider seeking compassionate, reliable and professional Care Workers to support adults in their own homes and within the community across Rugby and the surrounding areas.

Your role will include:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
• Supporting with medication.
• Assisting with meal preparation, nutrition and hydration.
• Supporting individuals to access the community and attend appointments.
• Promoting independence, choice and wellbeing.
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns.

Essential requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a care setting.
• Right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) for this role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable and committed to delivering high-quality care.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
