About us – Empowering Care. Enriching Lives.
Improving Lives was founded on one simple purpose: to improve lives. Not through words alone, but through genuine and compassionate care, real action, and standing beside people when they need it most.
We're a registered NDIS and Support at Home (aged care) provider, with our office in Glen Osmond. We support older people and people living with disability across Adelaide to live at home, stay connected to their community, and live with dignity, joy and purpose.
Everything we do is built on three things: respect, trust and connection. Every person we support has their own story, their own strengths and their own way of doing things. We listen first, we honour their choices, and we walk beside them. Never ahead, never behind, but hand in hand.
Our support workers are the heartbeat of Improving Lives. If you're the kind of person who notices when someone is having a hard day, who takes pride in doing the small things well, and who believes every person deserves to feel seen, heard and valued, you'll fit right in here.
