About the Role

Litch Care Services Limited is looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Support Workers to join our Supported Living team.

You will support adults with their daily lives while promoting independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing. The role involves providing person-centred support and helping individuals achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities

Providing person-centred support in a Supported Living environment

Supporting individuals with daily living activities

Encouraging independence, confidence and choice

Supporting appointments, shopping and community activities

Assisting with personal care where required

Supporting medication in accordance with care plans and company procedures

Maintaining accurate records and daily notes

Following safeguarding, health & safety and company policies

Building positive and professional relationships with service users

Requirements

Caring and supportive approach

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable and responsible attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous Support Worker or care experience is desirable

Relevant care qualification is desirable
