Support Worker

We are currently advertising for a full-time Support Worker position, based at our residential treatment service ‘Bosence Rehabilitation’.

Set in 22 acres of beautiful Cornish gardens, meadow and woodland, Bosence offers a truly unique working environment like no other.

The role involves providing a range of support to residents undergoing treatment, the suitable candidate should be able to demonstrate a caring nature and the ability to work well under pressure. We deliver a daily treatment programme that includes: Individual key working sessions, group therapy, assignments and workshops. Our Recovery in Nature programme offers 10 individual structured weekly sessions.

Training will be given, with future opportunities to develop within the organisation.

You will be caring, resilient and able to remain calm in challenging situations. Experience supporting vulnerable people is desirable, along with an understanding of addiction, recovery or trauma-informed care.

Some experience of drug and alcohol treatment would be an advantage, either personal or professional. A full driving licence is essential, ideally with category D1 minibus.
