Core Operational Responsibilities

• Direct Person-Centred Enablement: Deliver compassionate, dignified one-to-one support to People We Support, actively fostering independence, emotional well-being, and daily living skills.
• Care Plan & Risk Alignment: Execute tailored support plans, positive behavioural strategies, and therapeutic routines in close collaboration with registered managers and clinical leads.
• Sovereign Care Telemetry: Record digital care notes, vitals observations, and shift handover data via mobile terminals, directly updating the facility's CQC evidence ledger.
• Community & Educational Integration: Guide individuals through recreational, educational, or life-skills milestones, including supporting structured routines and social interactions where required.
• Uncompromising Safeguarding: Maintain real-time vigilance over individual safety and physical estate protocols, instantly escalating anomalies or safeguarding observations through the ledger.

Verified Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated Care Competency: Proven experience supporting vulnerable adults, individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or children in care and educational environments.
• Professional Mindset: High emotional intelligence, active mentorship skills, patience, and the ability to adapt smoothly across diverse care settings.
• Compliance Readiness: Possession of (or eligibility for) an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service and relevant mandatory training certifications (e.g., Care Certificate, NVQ/RQF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is advantageous).
• Communication & Precision: Strong verbal and written documentation skills to maintain clear handovers and audit-ready records.
