Job Vacancy | Support Worker (Certificate III Required)

We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Casual Support Worker to join our team!

Requirements

• Must hold a Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care / Disability
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Reliable, patient, and responsible
• Valid Police Check
• Full driver’s licence
• Must be able to communicate in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks (personal care, meal preparation, community access, etc.)
• Provide high-quality support services ensuring clients’ safety and well-being
• Implement personalised support plans based on clients’ needs
