Sahara Care is looking for caring, compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team at Sahara Care our CQC registered residential care home in East London, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex needs.

What You'll Do

· Promote independence, dignity, choice and inclusion

· Provide practical, emotional and personal support

· Support people with daily living skills, personal care and medication where required

· Encourage participation in education, employment, volunteering and community activities

· Build positive relationships with families and professionals

· Maintain accurate records and contribute to person centred support plans

· Safeguard the wellbeing of the people we support

About You

You'll be kind, patient, reliable and passionate about helping others. You'll enjoy working as part of a team and respect every person's individuality and choices.

Experience in Health and Social Care is welcomed but not essential as full training will be provided.

Desirable

· Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
