Support Worker

We’re looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our team and support people in their homes and out in the community.

Every day can look a little different. You may be supporting clients with:

• Personal care and daily living
• Meal preparation and household tasks
• Community access and social activities
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Following individual support plans and client preferences
• Keeping clear and accurate progress notes
• Working alongside families, support coordinators and allied health professional

You’ll ideally have:

• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or Community Services
• Experience supporting people with disability or older people
• First Aid & CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtain
• Manual Handling and Medication Competency
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check
• Infection Prevention and Control training
• Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
• NDIS Worker Orientation & Induction Modules completed
• A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s licence and comprehensive car insurance
• Full Australian working rights
• Availability to work at least 3 weekdays

Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 24.0 per week
