Support Worker Hourly Rate: £13.00

Waking Night Part time & Casual Days / Night hours per week.

Trusted Hands Care Group is currently looking for dedicated support workers to join our friendly established team at Mereside Residential Home.

We are looking for:

· Willingness to embrace our values.

· NVQ / QCF level 2 in social care or equivalent ( or commitment to achieve).

· Experience of working in a care setting.

· Experience of care planning & Risk Assessment.

· Experience of supporting with meaningful activities.
