The Support Worker will provide person-centred, respectful and practical support to adults in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence, dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.
The role involves supporting individuals with everyday tasks and activities according to their assessed needs, care/support plan and personal preferences. The Support Worker will promote independence and encourage individuals to make their own choices wherever possible.
