We’re looking for experienced, reliable Disability Support Workers who feel confident supporting people with challenging behaviours.

❤️ What You’ll Be Doing

Imagine a job where:

• Delivering consistent, person‑centred support
• Providing confident, safe support to participants with complex or challenging behaviours. Your experience with big behaviours isn’t just helpful — it’s valued
• Assisting with daily living, community access and meaningful routines supporting people in meaningful, practical, everyday ways
• Helping participants develop skills, independence, and confidence
• Contributing to long‑term improvements in quality of life
• Supporting with Personal Care is a mandatory part of this role

You’ll be supporting people at one of our sites in the hills district and in the community, helping them build confidence, skills, and independence.

✔️Requirement

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience in disability support (NDIS or related sector)
• Mandatory personal care, Driving Mini Busses and Driving company vehicles
• Confidence working with behaviours that may challenge
• Reliability, showing up when you’re needed matters
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Current driver’s licence

Currently we have an urgent need for support during school holidays and out of school hours.
