Support Worker

Job Summary
We are looking for a committed Support Worker to join our team at Emaar Housing. The successful candidate will support residents in achieving independence, stability, and improved wellbeing.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in support or housing is an advantage, though full training will be provided.
• Ability to keep clear records, follow procedures, and report to management.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car (essential).

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support with housing, benefits, and independent living skills.
• Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard, reporting any concerns or repairs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with residents, colleagues and external agencies.
• Accurately record support notes and update support plans in line with company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
