We have an exciting Support Worker ( With no Sponsorship) opportunity available with Integrated Staffing Ltd.

Location: GL2 8HB
Duration: Temporary ongoing role (regular shifts available for suitable candidates)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + bi-weekly pay

Support Worker Role:

We are currently recruiting for experienced Support Workers to support a care service in the GL2 area. The service is looking for reliable, consistent Support Workers who can commit to regular shifts and provide high-quality care and support to residents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality care and support as a Support Worker
• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
• Delivering compassionate support and promoting wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
• Promoting residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing
• Working effectively as part of the care team as a Support Worker
• Supporting residents with their day-to-day needs and activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker or in a similar care role preferred
• Reliable and able to work regular shifts
• Local to GL2 or able to travel within 30 minutes of the service
• Mandatory training completed
• Face-to-face Moving and Handling required
• Right to work in the UK
• DBS registered on the Update Service preferred
