Salary: £26,347.40 - £27,718.83 (plus weekend enhancements).

• Salary: £26,347.40 - £27,718.83 (based on experience & qualifications).
• Weekend Pay: 1.3 x your basic rate.
• Bank Holidays: Up to 3 x pay.
• 28 Days Annual Leave.

• Providing person-centred care to adults with complex needs.
• Supporting daily routines, life skills, and fun activities.
• Promoting independence and dignity.
• Managing behaviours with empathy and confidence.
• Working closely with a brilliant, multidisciplinary team.

Who We’re Looking For

• Passionate about helping others.

• A full UK driving licence holder.
