Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks to promote independence and well-being
• Develop and follow personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, and goals
• Support individuals in engaging with their community through outings, activities, and social events
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Use IT systems to document progress, update care plans, and record incidents accurately and promptly
• Drive residents safely to appointments or activities as needed, ensuring adherence to road safety regulations
• Foster a positive, respectful environment by encouraging social interaction and emotional well-being

Requirements

• Experience working with vulnerable adults in a care setting is highly desirable
• Valid driving license and ability to drive safely for work-related duties
• Strong childcare skills or experience supporting children’s development is advantageous
• Ability to create, follow, and update detailed care plans effectively
• Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with individuals, families, and team members
• Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes
• Compassionate attitude with a proactive approach to supporting independence and safety
