Support Worker

About Us SDA Global provides quality support to NDIS participants to help them live independently and achieve their goals. We are currently expanding and seeking caring and dedicated Support Workers to join our team

Key Responsibilities

• Support participants with community access (e.g. attending appointments, shopping, recreational activities)
• Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and routine support
• Encourage independent living skills and support participants to work toward their NDIS goals
• Provide companionship and social engagement
• Accurately complete shift notes and incident reports
• Follow participant-specific support plans and maintain professional boundaries

Requirements What We’re Looking For

• A caring, respectful, and person centred approach
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently while following direction
• Flexibility to travel between client homes and community locations
• clear verbal and written english

Certifications

Requirements

• First Aid & CPR
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or Yellow Card
• Blue Card (if working with children)
• Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle
• Cert III or IV in Individual Support or Disability (preferred)
• SIL experience (preferred)
