We are looking for experienced, compassionate and reliable Male and Female Domiciliary Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our growing team.

We provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes and communities, supporting clients with a wide range of needs, including:

• Dementia and Alzheimer's disease
• Mental health conditions
• Autism and learning disabilities
• Complex care needs
• Behaviours that challenge
• Physical disabilities

Your Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and daily living support.
• Supporting medication, meals and daily routines.
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Providing emotional support and companionship.
• Supporting clients with appointments and community activities.
• Following care plans and safeguarding procedures.

Essential Requirements

• Previous professional care experience is essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are mandatory.
• Experience supporting clients with dementia, autism, mental health or complex care needs.
• Caring, patient, reliable and professional attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
