Who We're Looking For: We’re looking for people aged 18 or over with a genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact. You’ll need a DBS/ISA clearance, and most importantly, a caring and proactive approach. No prior experience in care work? Not a problem – we’ll ensure you’re fully equipped for the role.

What You’ll Be Doing: As a Support Worker, your contributions will be vital to the well-being and happiness of those you support. Key tasks include:

• Helping individuals with personal care, such as getting ready for the day, grooming, and maintaining hygiene.
• Assisting with household chores to create a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Supporting meal preparation, shopping, and medication to maintain health and independence.
• Encouraging and facilitating social engagement by joining individuals on outings and community activities.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with those you care for and their families.
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping to monitor progress and maintain high standards of care.
