What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on each participant’s individual needs, your day-to-day role may include:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support
• Empowering participants to achieve their specific NDIS goals
• Facilitating community access and social participation
• Supporting daily living activities to promote independence
• Building positive, respectful, and trusting relationships with participants
• Encouraging confidence, personal choice, and greater autonomy
• Working collaboratively with families, primary carers, and other allied health professionals

Essential Criteria & Qualifications

• Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support (Disability stream).
• Licence: Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle are strictly essential.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience delivering NDIS-funded disability supports is preferred.

Mandatory Certificates (Required prior to commencement):

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain the following industry compliance checks:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
• Current First Aid (HLTAID011) & CPR (HLTAID009) Certificates
