Support Worker

We are looking for a support worker to join our friendly team at The Bungalow. The Bungalow is a small care home which looks after 6 adults with learning and physical disabilities.

**Please note- Unfortunately we do not hold a license for oversea applicants who require this**

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

Understanding Challenging Behaviour and how to deal with it if it should arise

Promoting independence

Experience in providing care in a kind and compassionate manner

Proactiveness in training and the desire to progress

Flexibility

A 'can do' attitude.

The Role

7:30 am to 08:30 pm

Personal Care

Light Domestic Duties

Activities and days out 1:1

Medication

Sleepin's available if desired at £67.50 per night.

Overtime available if desired

Weekend working shared out among staff team to ensure good work to home life ratio.

Career progression encouraged and support always on hand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.75-£12.85 per hour
