Guroe Care Ltd is currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our growing team in Liverpool, L14 7NY, with regular and flexible shift opportunities available.

The Role

As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing person-centred care and support.
• Assisting service users with daily living activities.
• Following individual care and support plans.
• Supporting with personal care where required.
• Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
• Maintaining accurate care records.
• Following safeguarding, health and safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Working effectively with care-home staff and healthcare professionals.

Essential Requirements

• Previous UK experience as a Support Worker, Care Worker or Healthcare Assistant.
• Valid Enhanced DBS.
• Up-to-date mandatory training certificates.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, caring and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work available shifts.
• Ability to travel to the care home in Liverpool, L14 7NY.
• Two UK professional references.
