The Role

We are seeking an experienced support worker to provide flexible, person-centred support to a young adults in the community. You’ll work 1:2 with a client who has high intensity support needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical, and social support in a community setting.
• Support clients to build daily living, manage routines, health services, and social/recreational activities.
• Assist in daily personal care
• Create a safe, empowering space for clients from all walks of life.
• Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Keep accurate records, including case notes and incident reports.

About You

• At least 1–2 years of experience supporting people with high intensity needs.
• Strong experience with both children and adults.
• Certificate III or IV in Community Services, or a related field (or working towards it).
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
• Working With Children Check (required).
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (required).
